What gets deleted

Your account and profile information (email, display name)
All uploaded documents (PDF, PPTX, DOCX files and processed tiles)
All session history and viewer participation records
Account-linked analytics deletion is requested during account deletion; diagnostic and analytics providers such as Sentry and PostHog may retain de-identified, aggregated, or provider-retained records for the periods described in our Privacy Policy

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

In the app: Open Same Page → Profile → tap "Delete Account". The deletion request starts immediately, your account becomes inaccessible, and file storage or CDN cleanup may continue briefly after the app shows success.

Without the app: If you no longer have the app installed, email us at the address below. We will verify your identity and process your deletion request within 7 business days.

Request Account Deletion via Email

Important — Active Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it in your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play) before requesting deletion to avoid continued charges.

Note: If you have active live sessions, they will be ended automatically when your account is deleted. We may retain de-identified or aggregated data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, and provider-retained diagnostic records as described in our Privacy Policy, as permitted by applicable law.
