Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Same Page (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Same Page is a live document presentation service that lets presenters run sessions around PDF, PowerPoint, and Word documents for launch. Presenters upload materials for their own sessions and control the viewing experience; viewers access those session materials on their own devices in real time.

3. Your Account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use Same Page as a presenter. If you are under the age required to use online services in your country, you may use Same Page only with appropriate parent, guardian, or school authorization.

You may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• Not sharing your sign-in codes with others
• Providing accurate information when creating your account

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Same Page offers optional paid products, including Pro subscriptions and Day Pass one-time purchases, to unlock additional features. At launch, the Free plan supports sessions of up to 10 viewers; Pro supports sessions of up to 500 viewers; Day Pass includes 500 viewers, 10 sessions, 3 documents, 100 MB uploads, 10,000 pages per document, 3-hour sessions, and resume for 24 hours; and Business access is provided only by direct internal/manual arrangement, not as a self-serve public product. Prices, billing periods, taxes, and local currency amounts are shown in checkout before purchase. By purchasing a subscription or one-time product, you agree to the following:

• Payment: Payment will be charged through the applicable checkout or purchase provider at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal through the subscription-management flow available for your purchase.
• Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device account settings, app-store subscription settings, or any account page provided by the purchase provider.
• One-Time Purchases: Day Passes grant temporary access and do not auto-renew.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted through the purchase provider's refund process unless we tell you otherwise. i4innovation LLC does not process app-store purchases directly.
• Price Changes: Subscription prices may change. Any required notice, acceptance, renewal, or cancellation flow will be handled through checkout or subscription management.
• Account Deletion: Deleting your Same Page account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription through your device's account settings before deleting your account to avoid being charged.

5. Your Documents and Session Materials

You retain ownership of any documents or other session materials you upload to Same Page. By uploading those materials, you grant i4innovation LLC a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display them solely as necessary to provide the Service. This licence ends when you delete the materials or your account.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload, present, and share any documents or other materials you make available through the Service, and that those materials do not infringe on the rights of any third party.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload documents or materials that are illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringe on the rights of others
• Use the Service to distribute malware, conduct phishing, or engage in any fraudulent activity
• Attempt to circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls
• Use automated tools to scrape, download, or abuse the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, overburden, or impair the Service
• Access the Service for competitive analysis or to build a similar product

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether any use of the Service constitutes a violation of these terms.

7. Materials Review, Complaints, and Removal

We may review, restrict access to, or remove documents or other materials made available through the Service when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, respond to legal or intellectual-property complaints, or comply with applicable law. You remain responsible for the materials you upload, present, or share through the Service.

If you believe materials made available through Same Page infringe your intellectual property rights, please contact us at email with a description of the materials and the basis of your complaint. We will review and, where appropriate, remove or restrict access to infringing materials in accordance with applicable law, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights and Related Rights.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, including the UAE Consumer Protection Law, we disclaim warranties beyond those required by law.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it), temporarily or permanently, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

9. Account Suspension, Termination, and Deletion

You may delete your account at any time using the "Delete Account" option in the app, or by visiting same-page.app/delete-account. Account deletion permanently removes your account, documents, and session history. In-app deletion takes effect immediately; file storage cleanup may take a few moments to complete.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and your access to the Service at any time for any legitimate reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms, suspected fraudulent or abusive activity, extended periods of inactivity, requests by law enforcement, or if we discontinue the Service. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an explanation before taking action, except where immediate action is required to protect the Service, other users, or to comply with law. If you believe an action was taken in error, contact us at email.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 4 (Subscriptions and Billing), 5 (Your Documents and Session Materials), 10 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 11 (Limitation of Liability), 12 (Indemnification), 13 (Governing Law), and 14 (General) survive termination.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without additional warranties beyond those required by law. We do not make representations about the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the Service for any particular purpose. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws.

Any documents or other materials downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Service are accessed at your own discretion and risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• i4innovation LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or anticipated savings, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service or these terms shall not exceed the amount you have actually paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or AED 100, whichever is greater.
• We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, power failures, third-party service failures, government actions, or cyberattacks.

The limitations in this section apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless i4innovation LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

• Your violation of these terms
• Documents or other materials you upload, present, or share that infringe on the rights of any third party
• Your unlawful use of the Service

This indemnification does not apply to claims arising from our own negligence or misconduct.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

14. General

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and i4innovation LLC regarding your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements or communications.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

15. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Service.
