How do I start a live session?
Upload a document to your library, then tap "Go Live". Share the session code or QR code with your audience.
How do viewers join a session?
Viewers can join by entering a session code, scanning a QR code, or opening a shared link. No account is required to join as a viewer.
What file formats are supported?
Same Page supports PDF, PowerPoint, and Word files for launch.
How do I delete my account?
Open Same Page, go to your Profile, and tap "Delete Account". You can also request deletion at same-page.app/delete-account.
How do I make a privacy request?
Email support with your Same Page account email and the request type, such as access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection to processing. We respond to verified data-subject requests within 30 days.
Is my data secure?
Documents are stored encrypted at rest. All connections use HTTPS/WSS. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What platforms does Same Page support?
Same Page is available on iPhone, iPad, Android, and web browsers. A macOS app is also available.
