Workflow

How Same Page works

Same Page is a simple presenter workflow: upload your document, start a session, share access, and guide the audience through the file live.

1. Upload a document

Add a PDF, PowerPoint, or Word file from a native presenter app. Same Page prepares the document so viewers can see it clearly on their own screens.

2. Start a live session

Choose the document and go live. The presenter view becomes the source of truth for page position, zoom, scroll, and pan.

3. Share link, QR code, or session code

Audience members join in seconds from a browser or app. No viewer account is required for browser join.

4. Present while everyone follows

Move through the document as you teach, review, brief, train, or discuss. Viewers stay synchronized and can zoom locally when they need more detail.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is Same Page?

Same Page is a live document presenter for PDF, PowerPoint, and Word files. The presenter controls the document, and viewers follow page, zoom, and scroll on their own devices.

How do viewers join a Same Page session?

Viewers join with a link, QR code, or session code. They can open the session in a browser and do not need an account to follow along.

Do viewers need an account or app?

No. Viewers can join from the web without creating an account. Native apps are available for presenters and app-based viewing.

What file formats does Same Page support?

Same Page supports PDF, PowerPoint, and Word documents for live presentation sessions.

How is Same Page different from screen sharing?

Screen sharing sends a video of the presenter screen. Same Page renders the document natively for each viewer, then syncs the presenter page, zoom, and scroll in real time.
